Software Engineer

Kinetica Labs, Inc. is an exciting Ann Arbor-based technology startup that leverages computer vision to assess ergonomic injury risks in the workplace. A client uploads a video of a worker doing a task (e.g. working on an assembly line) to our cloud-hosted software which detects the worker’s joints and calculates which body parts are at risk of injury. The client is then able to download a video of the worker superimposed with a color-coded skeleton indicating which joints are at greatest ergonomic risk while performing the task.

We launched our iPhone app in April 2019 and are developing customized versions of it for two large multinational clients. We will be releasing a web version of our technology in 2020. We are also continuously striving to improve the speed and accuracy of our computer vision and pose analysis software.

Kinetica Labs has enjoyed tremendous success in 2019, and we are looking for talented developers to join our Engineering team.
